about the film
"I envy you."

This probing look at the relationship between envy and voyeurism follows the life of Jacob White, a college student who has more than he needs and nothing he wants. Self repressed, alone, and trying to come to grips with himself, he desperately watches everyone around him to find what makes people content.

The second of his films, The Green Leaves of Autumn evokes the work of many of the great European filmmakers that writer and director Clint Cullum was inspired by. This meticulously paced and finely-crafted drama resonates with deep layers of meaning and interpretation.

The Green Leaves of Autumn premiered at the Biola Film Festival in May of 2004 and won the award for Best Drama. Clint Cullum has recently completed his next film with New Renaissance Pictures, the feature-length drama The Deserted.
